- Made-to-measure items are handcrafted to your individual measurements. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.
Shipping & delivery
We ship worldwide via DHL Express, fully tracked. Transit time is 2–7 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Estimated total delivery = production time + transit time.
Shipping costs
- Free worldwide shipping on all orders over US$150.
- For orders under US$150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Customs, duties & taxes
- United States: no additional duties or import fees — we take care of it.
- International (outside the US): the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the item or shipping price and are set by your local customs office.
