Products
Our garments and accessories are handcrafted using traditional techniques and natural materials, including Xiangyun (mud) silk and mulberry silk.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, pattern placement, and finishing may occur. These variations are considered part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display product colors accurately; however, colors may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Once an order has been placed, production may begin shortly thereafter. Requests for order modifications or cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-measure orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase will be honored for completed transactions.
Shipping
Production and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Mud Silk Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities.
