Returns & refunds

  • Free returns accepted within 7 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags. To start a return, email jessica@mudsilkstudios.com with your order number.
  • Made-to-measure & custom items: because they are cut and sewn to your measurements, they might not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. If the fit is off due to our error, we will remake or alter the garment free of charge — just contact us with photos.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
